At the start of the month carefully create a list of foods you will want to cook.  Then when you shop for these foods, don’t get tempted to pick too many packaged ready-to-eat snacks or desserts because here is where you can make BIG MISTAKE in your diet plan.  Buy nourishing foods and keep them handy.

Next all you have to do is play with these combinations on a day-to-day basis.  Remember to keep junk eating to minimum if cannot eliminate them completely.

 

Learn to plan your meals by carefully.  Initially, this may take you a while but within a few weeks you will be good at it.  Home-cooking is the best when it comes to healing yourself.  You can monitor the freshness and the quality of the ingredients, besides you will have control over the cooking time, the use of oil and spices which will keep the nutrition of the food intact .
