Chocolate Trifle

Chocolate Trifle with Fruit & Nut

Ingredients :

  • 4 slices of sponge cake cut into bite size pieces
  • Diced kiwi, pineapple, banana
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream (softly whipped)
  • 5-6 sliced almonds
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice-cream
  • Chocolate for garnishing

Method :

  • Layer a tall glass with sponge cake at the base, whipped cream , fruits, chocolate sauce, almonds.
  • Repeat till the glass is filled.
  • Add 2 dollops of  vanilla ice-cream
  • Garnish with chocolate
  • Sprinkle sliced almonds
  • Serve chilled.
