Chia seeds are a storehouse of nutrients. Make these an integral part of your everyday life and you will thank me for it. This Chia seed pudding is an amazing way to create a quick breakfast on those busy workdays.
We mothers are faced with so many things to do AND so there is hardly any time left for breakfast. And if you are a working mother then skipping breakfast means you will be hungry and low on energy until your next meal, which is going to be at noon.
Which again could be an express lunch in the busy schedule of your office.
This can take a toll on your health.
With this made-in-a-jiffy recipe, I hope to de-stress those who have rushed mornings.
I strongly, feel for us women to be productive and take care of our families, we first need to ensure our own health is at it’s optimum best. I swear by chia seeds they really help the body to stay hydrated and are soooo easy to incorporate into this breakfast dish.
You just need to soak them in water for an hour or longer & they are ready to use. Super easy isn’t it ?!!
So let’s go and make NO-SUGAR breakfast pudding which can be made the night before & tucked into the fridge. That means all of you who rush out in the morning without breakfast can now use this recipe and your breakfast is sorted.

Make sure the fruits are freshly cut.
CHIA SEEDS PUDDING
Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Oats (rolled oats)
- 1 ½ cup Almond milk / Soya milk / Coconut milk (use any one)
- 2 tbsp honey
- Mixed nuts of your choice
Method :
- Cook the oats in ½ cup water. It only takes a couple of minutes ! Consistency will be thick.
- Later, in a bowl combine the chia seeds, almond milk, honey.
- Add the cooked oats mix everything well.
- Pour in a glass. Garnish with nuts of your choice.
- Chill overnight.Just have to pull it out of the fridge in the morning for your healthy yummy breakfast.
