Avocados can be a tricky purchase, but you need to ensure that you cut it at the right stage. It should not be too firm or too mushy when you press it. Perfectly ripened Avocado is the one which feels slightly soft to touch and has darkened on the skin also the stem when you break it should be greenish on the inside and not too brown, else you will find that after cutting the flesh of the Avocado may have brown spots and we definitely don’t want to use that kind of Avocado.
