Baby Corn Chilli
This is also quite a favourite and again super easy to prepare. Baby corn is tender and hence takes around 5- 7 minutes to cook. The dish is similar to that of Soya Garlic Chilli.

Ingredients :
- 12 baby corns (medium chopped)
- 3 tsp oil
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped in squares
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
- ½ cup Yellow Red & green bell peppers (chopped in squares)
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp schezuan chutney
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp cornflour and 2 tbsp water (mixed well)
- salt to taste
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger. Saute till they turn aromatic
- Then add onions and continue to saute. Add chopped bell peppers and saute for a minute.
- Add the soya sauce, red chilli sauce and a tsp of ketchup and saute for 1 minute or so
- Then add the vinegar and salt (if needed since the sauces have salt in them)
- Add chili powder, stir in the cornflour slurry and cook for a minute
- Now add chopped baby corn.
- Give it a good mix making sure the sauces and veggies are combined with the baby corn
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes on slow flame.
It’s ready to serve.
