What is a vegan diet ?

Vegan diet contains only plant based foods eg. vegetables, fruits, grains and nuts. 
Anything that comes from animals is not considered as vegan food i.e. eggs, dairy
foods and honey.

Veganism is currently defined as a way of living that attempts to exclude all forms of
animal exploitation and cruelty, be it from food, clothing, or any other purpose.

The recipes featured this month are rich in flavour and low in fat.
You can take a BREAK from LOW ON NUTRTITION AND HIGH ON FATS foods
and switch to a LEANER DIET before the scorching summers come in full glory
