Christmas Cream Cheese

Christmas Cream Cheese Wreath

This Christmas Cream Cheese wreath is a showstopper!

Get ready for the holiday cheer and receiving hearty compliments of the season with the amazing recipe.   It is full of crispy burnt garlic, black olives, toasted walnuts, juicy cranberries, fresh mint leaves and lots of flavourful seasonings.

Transforming your festive table into a sheer Masterpiece!!!

Serve it on a platter with crackers, Monaco biscuits and Pringles and as for the health freaks you could even add in crunchy cucumber & carrot strips on the side.

I personally like the addition of whole wheat bread sticks and maybe for the fruity sweetness a bowl of strawberries.  It is completely your choice.  Mix and match the fruits and salad veggies to give this beautiful recipe the glamour that it deserves, at the same time not missing the health in every bite.

Handy Tips:

  • I like a little drizzle of honey over the creamcheese. You can try it adds a lovely sweetness to the spices and salty flavours.
  • Mix all the flavours a little ahead of time so as to nicely incorporate them into the   Ideally give it a 24 hr rest in the refrigerator before serving.
  • If you find your cream cheese has softened too much and won’t hold its shape, refrigerate it until it thickens again (about 20 minutes)
