Lettuce wraps

 

Lettuce Paneer Wraps 

Ingredients :

  • ½ cup tofu (soya paneer), shredded
  • 2 tbsp zucchini chopped finely
  • ½ cup water chestunuts diced finely
  • 2 tbsp glass noodles (boiled)
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • ¼ cup plain hung curd
  • 2 tbsp sliced onions
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves about 8 leaves

Method :

  • Add hung curd, onion, and lemon juice to a bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Season with red chilly flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in tofu, zucchini and water chestnuts.  Add the glass noodles. Mix well.
  • Wrap in cold lettuce leaves.  Serve Chilled.
