Lettuce Paneer Wraps
Ingredients :
- ½ cup tofu (soya paneer), shredded
- 2 tbsp zucchini chopped finely
- ½ cup water chestunuts diced finely
- 2 tbsp glass noodles (boiled)
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- ¼ cup plain hung curd
- 2 tbsp sliced onions
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Iceberg lettuce leaves about 8 leaves
Method :
- Add hung curd, onion, and lemon juice to a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Season with red chilly flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in tofu, zucchini and water chestnuts. Add the glass noodles. Mix well.
- Wrap in cold lettuce leaves. Serve Chilled.
