Chocolate Trifle with Fruit & Nut
Ingredients :
- 4 slices of sponge cake cut into bite size pieces
- Diced kiwi, pineapple, banana
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup chocolate sauce
- 1 cup whipping cream (softly whipped)
- 5-6 sliced almonds
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice-cream
- Chocolate for garnishing
Method :
- Layer a tall glass with sponge cake at the base, whipped cream , fruits, chocolate sauce, almonds.
- Repeat till the glass is filled.
- Add 2 dollops of vanilla ice-cream
- Garnish with chocolate
- Sprinkle sliced almonds
- Serve chilled.
