Jyothi – Pineapple Rasam
Jyothi is one of my closest friends and very dear to me. Although off-late, we haven’t met because she lives out of India, but thanks to social-media we are very much in touch.
She is a constant source of encouragement, and am thankful to have her as a friend.
Jyothi, an MBA from XLRI, after a stint with few multinationals, has now taken up learning Hindustani music. She has been training from the past few years. I must say she has an incredible voice. It’s pure joy to listen to her sing.
In this pic (below) Jyothi has beautifully plated Pineapple Rasam on the fruit itself. Simply by looking at the dish, one can feel the depth of the flavours. It’s a completely out of the box idea and feels awesome to have this one featured on the blog.

Greta is an exceptional friend with a flair for style and presentation.! I have known her through the years as a warm and affectionate pal and she truly puts her heart and soul into the tasks she takes up..Her culinary skills are one of the best I have seen.
